Flexo printer Flexographic printing is a rotary printing process using swiftly drying inks and raised relief image plates made from flexible material. The plates encircle a cylinder that gathers ink and transfers the image to the label material or substrate. The substrate shoots rapidly through the press resulting in speedy, economical and top-quality label production.

Continually evolving improvements in flexo technology coupled with our award winning artistry, gifted operators and talented personnel culminates in unrivaled expertise and superior results that equal or surpass offset lithography.

Capabilities

We specialize in first class printing of up to 175 line screen, or better, on varied papers and films using environmentally safe, water based inks and varnishes.

We offer 9-color capability, in-line die cutting, over lamination, two-sided printing, embossing and hot foil stamping all in one continuous operation. In addition, we offer 1-color rotary screen printing.

Papers / Substrates

We carry an extensive variety of printing substrates to address every possible need or specialized condition. Typical substrates: gloss, semi-gloss, films and specialty stocks for wine and beverage labels. Additionally, we can provide environmentally friendly options.
